Hello!,
Hi! I am Ashley Barnhardt. I am WSE’s Certified Sex Coach. I help women overcome sexual hurdles and empower their sexual spirit to help them work towards a sexually fulfilling life they have always wanted and deserve to live.
Although I have been a Graduate of Sex Coach University and Certified Sex Coach since 2020, my main gig is Dog Grooming. I own Daisy Mae’s Dog Salon and Spa in Bloomer, WI. I have been grooming dogs professionally since 2010 and graduated from Animal Behavior College in 2014. I was raised around all sorts of animals and was taught how to care for dogs from a young age. Even though caring for animals comes naturally, I always find ways to continue my grooming education and perfect my skills. My favorite part is gaining the dog's trust and creating a bond with them. All of the dog's love when I serenade them with 80's rock ballads. :) HaHa!
Along with Dog Grooming and Women’s Sexuality Empowerment Coaching, I also instruct Erotic Dance Classes. Beginner pole dance, Erotic floor work, and Sensual stretch. I have always loved dancing and believe it to be a great tool to feel connected to your body and express sexual energy. I often use these classes to help my clients do the same. Seeing women connect to their sexual energy and unleash their inner Exotic Dancer brings me great joy!
Beyond my busy career life, I love spending quality time with my family and friends, in any capacity. I am a spooky girl at heart. Gothic decor, dressing in dark colors, and celebrating Halloween are my jam. I also enjoy reading, growing and maintaining a vegetable garden in the summer, and crafting when I get the chance.
Why Did I Chose Sex Coaching?
Growing up I always had a curiosity about sex. Like many children I received the general Sex Ed class in school teaching human anatomy and that abstinence was the only acceptable choice until you were “of age” or married. I also grew up with unrealistic beliefs and views of women’s sexuality and experienced some traumatic sexual experiences throughout my adolescence and young adult life. Due to my curiosity, changing hormones, and lack of proper sex education, I became pregnant at 16. This was obviously life changing as I decided to become a mother and raise my now gorgeous, adult daughter. As I grew up and raised a child, I knew there had to be a better message around sex then what I had been receiving as a woman. Whether the messages came from society, religious values, or just lack of proper education from my elders, I did NOT want my children to receive the same messages as they grew up. So, I decided to see what I could do to educate myself and to help my daughters and others become safer, more educated, and empowered to take charge of their own sex lives. As I did my research to find schooling for such occupations I fell upon Sex Coach University. Dr. Patti Britton is the founder of SCU and as soon as I looked her up, I knew that was exactly what I wanted to do! I wanted to create a safe space for women and their partners to come talk freely and safely about their sexual hurdles and needs while gaining education, guidance, and individualized goal planning to achieve their sexual success. I also look at it this way, you only get this life once. You should live it the way we were meant to, with pleasure.
I hope to meet amazing women, hear their stories, and help them create a more pleasurable future for themselves. A future that they can lead with confidence and without shame for who they are and what they need as humans. Your dreams for an amazing sex life are here!
